Swap paper stamp cards for OneLoyal. Your customers already have one code on their phone. You scan it, add a stamp, and you're done. No extra hardware needed.
How it works in your café
- Set up your shopDownload OneLoyal, tap "I'm a business" and add your name, logo, address, opening hours and stamp rules. It takes a few minutes.
- Scan the customer's codeUse your iPhone or iPad camera, or a USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner. You can also type the code in.
- Add stamps and give rewardsTap to add stamps. When the card is full, tap Redeem. A big green tick shows it worked.

Your rules
Choose how many stamps earn a reward (5 to 12), what the reward is, how many stamps per visit, and whether stamps expire.
Offers for your regulars
Post up to 3 offers at a time to your card holders, such as "Half-price cake until 5pm". Customers can reserve limited items and pay when they collect.

On the map
Every OneLoyal customer can find you on the app's map, with your opening hours.
Owner PIN
Staff can stamp and post offers. Only you can change settings, protected by your own PIN.
Built to be fair
Stamp limits and optional "time between stamps" rules are checked on our servers, so they can't be got around.
Your customers' privacy
You only see a customer's first name (if they've given one), their stamps at your shop and how many stamps they've ever had with you, so you can spot your regulars. You never see their email address or their cards at other shops.
